Heartfelt testimonial from a motor vehicle accident client

By Admin | Motor Vehicle Claims | Comments are Closed | 21 March, 2019 | 0

In February 2017 I was involved in a high-speed head-on car accident. I was not expected to live. I had horrific compound fractures, a severely fractured skull and many other broken bones. I was in an extremely bad way with a long extensive recovery ahead of me. I realised not long after coming home from hospital that I had to find a good solicitor I could trust to secure my future after life-changing injuries so I could concentrate and put all my energy into my recovery.

Finding and choosing a solicitor felt like a nightmare and I believe was hampering my recovery. I had fears of finding a law firm that would charge me hundreds of thousands of dollars without securing me much at all, like the stories I always heard. I spoke to a few solicitors and law firms but Kye Bruce from Coastal Compensation Law Specialists stood out straight away. He never lied to me or gave me false promises like other solicitors did. He told me exactly where I stood, he was honest and straight forward from day one. At times I was extremely difficult to deal with it; it never fazed Kye or affected the work he did for me one bit.

At a specialist doctor’s appointment which Kye arranged for me to be assessed, the specialist told me he has dealt with all the major compensation law firms in Sydney for years and has never seen a solicitor be more thorough or professional with their work as Kye Bruce. The doctor went on to say how this made his job so much easier, as everything he needed to know, every detail, was presented before him by Kye on my behalf. It was very impressive to hear the specialist talk about the work Kye had done, considering his experience.

My claim was settled with the CTP insurer in February 2019 and I am now in the process of buying a house. I can’t believe it. I never expected in my wildest dreams to get enough for a house plus some money to invest to secure my future because of how complicated my claim and circumstances were. Kye certainly had a massive complex job ahead of him and he delivered. I was amazed and can honestly say choosing Kye Bruce from CCLS was the best decision I have ever made, life changing; it left my future secure.

I honestly believe with the extensive work that had to be done, any other law firm or Solicitor anywhere would have charged me hundreds of thousands and not left me in a position to buy a house. Thank god I chose Kye Bruce from CCLS. Everything Kye told me over the two years- from the approximated bill for my claim, all the specialists he sent me to and the advice he gave me was spot on right. He really did have my best interests at heart.

Thank you Kye and CCLS, you changed my life and gave me a future. I will be forever grateful. I have had some bad experiences with solicitors in the past, so it was just amazing dealing with Kye Bruce and it proved to me you can get honest straight-forward hardworking solicitors who have got their client’s best interests at heart. I just can’t believe the result Kye secured for me. – Paul
